Text Box: The ASII Packer is a double grip compression set tool which is ideally suited for a variety of treating, testing and production applications. Mechanical upper slips eliminates o-rings and potential leaks. The ASII is designed with a large bypass area to prevent swabbing when running and retrieving. When set, pressure from above or below acts down on the valve to maintain a seal and prevent upward movement of the tubing. The valve also allows debris to be washed from the upper slips when releasing.
