SALES It is understood that customers has complete control and liability of any product sold to customer by Victoria Oilfield & Sales, Inc., here in after referred to as VORSI. VORSI will not be liable for injuries to property or persons nor be liable for loss or damage arising from the performance of our equipment or resulting there from. VORSI warrants only that its products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials and in good working order on the day of delivery.
RENTAL If for any reason rental equipment is left in well, customer agrees to pay for equipment other than from normal use, customer agrees to pay for replacement parts. VORSI will not be liable for loss or damage arising from the performance of our equipment or resulting there from.
INSURANCE VORSI is fully insured, certificate issued upon request.
TERMS OF INVOICING Terms of invoicing are net within 30 days of invoice date. VORSI reserves the right to refuse any discounts given if net 30 terms are not met. VORSI reserves the right to charge interest at the lesser of the maximum rate or 24% per annum on accounts and construed according to the laws of the state of Texas, the principal place of business of Victoria Oilfield Rental & Sales, Inc. Customer is responsible for any collection and or attorney fees and expenses.
